Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Irving Injury Center uses artificial intelligence (AI) tools to help serve our
patients more efficiently. We believe in being transparent about when and how AI
is used in your interactions with us.

AI Phone Assistant

When you call our office, you may be greeted by “Valeria,” an automated,
AI-powered virtual assistant that can answer common questions, schedule
appointments, and collect basic information. At the start of the interaction, you
will be told that you are speaking with an automated system. You may
request to speak with a live staff member at any time
, and we will be
happy to connect you.

What the AI Assistant Does and Does Not Do

  • The AI assistant helps with scheduling, general information, and intake.
  • The AI assistant does not provide medical advice, diagnosis,
    or treatment decisions. All clinical care is provided by our licensed
    chiropractor and staff.
  • Information you share with the AI assistant is handled in accordance with our
    HIPAA Notice of
    Privacy Practices
    and our
    Privacy Policy.

Your Choice

You always have the option to interact with a human member of our team instead
of the AI assistant. Choosing to speak with a staff member will not affect the
care or service you receive.
